When a limb comes through the roof or a storm peels back shingles, the priority is to stop water from getting inside. Emergency roof repair is the short-term fix: a tarp, a board-up or a temporary seal that protects the structure until a permanent repair can be scheduled.
If water is coming through your roof now, or part of the roof has been opened up by a fallen limb or stripped covering, treat it as an emergency and call (972) 853-6474. We are open 24 hours, and the first job is to make the building safe and stop the water getting in. The permanent repair is planned afterwards, once the roof has been properly looked at.

What counts as a roofing emergency
Not every roofing problem needs an out-of-hours call, and part of our job is telling you honestly which kind you have. It is an emergency when water or weather is actively getting into the building, or when the roof has been left open:
- An active leak that buckets and towels cannot keep up with, or water coming through near light fittings and electrics
- A ceiling that is bulging or sagging under the weight of collected water
- A hole or opening you can see daylight through from inside the building
- Roof covering stripped away while rain is still falling or more is forecast
- A limb or debris resting on the roof that could shift, slip or let more water in
A slow drip that only appears in heavy rain, or a stain that is not growing, can usually wait for a booked inspection in normal hours. Call and describe what you are seeing and we will say plainly whether it needs attention tonight or can safely wait.

Emergency Roof Repair FAQs
What should I do before the roofer arrives?
Stay safe first. Move valuables and furniture away from the leak, put buckets under drips, take photos of the damage, and avoid going on the roof or into a room with a bulging ceiling.
Is a tarp a permanent solution?
No. A tarp is a temporary measure to limit water damage. It should be followed by a proper repair as soon as conditions and scheduling allow.
How should I document the damage for an insurance claim?
Take clear photos and a short video of the damage from ground level and from inside the building, showing where water is entering and anything it has affected. Note the date and roughly when the damage happened, and keep receipts for anything you buy for temporary protection, such as tarps or buckets, together with our invoice for the emergency work. Keep hold of damaged material until your insurer has had the chance to consider it. This is general guidance only; what your own policy covers is set by its terms.
Can you come out at night or at the weekend?
Yes. We are open 24 hours, every day, because roof emergencies do not wait for office hours. Call (972) 853-6474, tell us what is happening, and we will agree the safest next step with you on the phone.
Should I climb up and cover the damage myself?
Please do not. A wet or damaged roof is slippery, and decking weakened by water or impact may not hold your weight. Photograph what you can from the ground, move belongings out of the way indoors, and stay out of any room where the ceiling is bulging. Leave the roof itself to us.
